  8th graders, Get ready to show your school pride during  8th Grade Spirit Week at Elizabeth Blackwell, MS 210Q! From March 23–27, 2026, 8th graders are invited to participate in a fun-filled week of themed days, including Twin Day (Monday), Royal Blue Day (Tuesday), Marvel/Favorite Character Day (Wednesday), Throwback Thursday (Thursday), and Crazy Hair Day (Friday). Grab your friends, get creative with your outfits, and join us in celebrating school spirit all week long!

  The MS 210Q PTA will be hosting individual Spring Picture Day on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
  Below you will find the order form needed to place your orders. These order forms were sent home with the students as well. Please ensure that you fill them out completely to avoid any issues during the processing of your order.

• MS 210Q Virtual Parent-Teacher Conference Request Form

  Please fill out the form to request a conference time for the Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences. Conferences will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 12:20 PM to 2:20 PM (afternoon session) and from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM (evening session). In an effort to accommodate as many parents/guardians as possible, each conference will last approximately five minutes. In order for teachers to prepare for conferences, this form will close at 11:59 PM on March 11, 2026.

  The survey is quick and easy to complete online. Visit NYCSchoolSurvey.org, click on “Take the 2026 NYC School Survey,” enter your access code (a lowercase “f” followed by your student’s OSIS number, found on their report card, student ID card, or NYCSA account), and submit your responses.

• Conversations with the Chancellor

  Join Chancellor Kamar H. Samuels for a series of in-person conversations across New York City focused on the future of our public schools. Conversations with the Chancellor is a citywide community engagement series hosted by the New York City Department of Education. These public conversations bring together students, families, educators, staff, and community partners with the Schools Chancellor to discuss critical school issues, share ideas, and build stronger partnerships. The goal is to listen, learn, and work together on topics like safety, academic excellence, and meaningful family participation in shaping the future of NYC public schools.

  Beginning in the 2025-26 school year, in accordance with New York State law, New York City Public Schools is updating its policy regarding the use of personal internet-enabled electronic devices—including cell phones—in school.
