• 6th Grade Spring Dance

  Get ready to celebrate spring in style! Our Grade 6 Spring Social Dance is happening on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 2:30–5:00 PM in the Blackwell Bistro (Large Cafeteria). This fun-filled afternoon will feature music, dancing, and a chance for students to connect and make lasting memories with friends. Admission is $15 (cash), and permission slips are required. Be sure to follow all school rules and dress code guidelines. We can’t wait to see everyone there for an exciting and festive event!

  Join us at Elizabeth Blackwell Middle School 210Q for an engaging I-Ready Workshop designed to help families and educators support student success! This informative session will take place on April 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM and will be offered in a hybrid format, with both in-person attendance at MS 210 and a virtual option available.

  Participants will receive an overview of the i-Ready platform, learn practical strategies to boost student performance, and gain hands-on guidance on best practices. The workshop will also include a Q&A session with educators, providing an opportunity to get your questions answered and make the most of this powerful learning tool.

  NYC Public Schools is introducing guidance on the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) to ensure students learn safely and effectively in an evolving digital world. The initiative focuses on building age-appropriate skills, supporting educators, and maintaining strong safeguards while using AI to enhance—not replace—teaching.   Beginning in the 2025-26 school year, in accordance with New York State law, New York City Public Schools is updating its policy regarding the use of personal internet-enabled electronic devices—including cell phones—in school.
